THE CALIFORNIAN _ 10800 WILSHIRE BLVD

We sought out to create the ultimate Los Angeles living experience - on the most iconic
boulevard in the city. Our design was inspired by the roaring 20s - the "height of Hollywood".
To appropriately capture this "feeling" we designed a Neo - Art Deco luxury highrise -
offering every imaginable amenity [including a large private collection of fine art produced by
leading California contemporary artists]. The Californian remains one of the most coveted West
Side addresses and is home to many sports celebrities and Hollywood stars.
