The Venezia was designed to pay homage to the original Southern California Spanish Villa
design aesthetic. We painstakingly brought these design elements to a multifamily structure
including exposed ceiling beams, authentic Malibu tile, fountains in public spaces, custom
iron work and more. Because of or meticulous focus we were able to create a project and
offering very distinct from anything else on the market - fusing condominium life with the best
elements of living in a Californian Spanish mansion.
