Palm Springs serves as a wintertime refuge to many of Los Angeles' who's who - seeking to escape
the insufferable 60 degree coastal winter days. We knew we needed to be there with a unique
offering. In an area full of private estates we identified a need for a community-driven development
where neighbors could foster authentic connections and celebrate the desert sun together with a
series of community pools, walking paths, fire pits, outdoor kitchens and more.
