ST VIBIANA'S

St. Vibiana's Cathedral [Main and 1st Street DTLA] opened it's doors for service in 1876. After completion
of the Archdiocese's fabulous Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, the former resting place of the saint was
slated for demolition. Seeing a rare opportunity to create an irreplaceable downtown LA venue we saved
the building from the wrecking ball. After painstaking renovations the cathedral and adjacent rectory [now
The Redbird restaurant] the property plays host to post-Emmy and Grammy parties, weddings, art galas
and various over-the-top corporate events. Meanwhile, we successfully entitled an adjacent 300 unit high rise.
