1100 WILSHIRE BLVD

Wilshire 1100 was a project demanding the highest level of creativity converting an office building to
an edgy residential place, while pioneering the downtown LA residential market. We purchased the
the historically low occupancy office building from a Chinese consortium of investors who constructed
the the building on spec. We went to the greatest lengths to design the perfect cosmopolitan living
experience, but our passion didn't stop there... We co-produced a reality show with MTV, where many
shots were taken on our one-of-a-kind pool deck. The project was a wild success.
